This DEPOSIT CONTRACT (hereinafter CONTRACT) is effective when signed below by both Seller Lori Harms   and Buyer___________________________________________.
The following terms and conditions are agreed to between Seller and Buyer:

TOTAL PRICE OF THE PUPPY IS $. 
When a reservation for a dog is placed, a $500.00 deposit is required and is non-refundable. Deposit should be made by personal check, 

 Venmo or PayPal (friends and family option)only.  Deposit is refundable in the event you have a deposit of a certain sex puppy and there isn`t a puppy .

In the event something should occur with chosen puppy, deposit is transferable to a different pup or refundable.
Balance will be due of $3000.00 will be due upon pick up of the puppy . Cash for final pick up or credit card using paypal the friends and family option.
Puppies will not be released to new homes until the age of AT least 9- 10 weeks.

 ALL PUPPIES WILL BE SOLD AS COMPANION PETS ONLY. A  SIGNED CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED THAT BREEDING WILL NOT OCCUR. I DONT REQUIRE SPAY OR NEUTER AS I BELIEVE IT IS BEST TO NOT ALTER THE DOGS . NOT AS LEAST TILL FULL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
